Review: BRIO Tuscan Grille

BRIO Tuscan Grille is one of my favorite restaurants. BRIO’s food is simply prepared using the finest and freshest ingredients, with an emphasis on high-quality steaks, home-made pasta specialties and flatbreads prepared in authentic Italian wood-burning ovens.

Since two of our friends from the West Coast were visiting us, we decided to take them to BRIO for dinner. Our friend Tommy is Italian, so he had high expectations going in. He ordered the ravioli dish you see above, and he absolutely loved it!

I ordered the Lobster Bisque, and it was out of this world. I’m very critical when it comes to lobster bisque, and theirs just blew me away! My husband loves the burgers here, but I can’t believe that the same burger that costs $3.95 during Happy Hour costs $12.95 on the regular dinner menu..

BRIO recently launched a loyalty card program called MyBRIO Rewards, and you’ll earn a FREE appetizer just for joining! You’ll also receive special member rewards throughout the year, including a complimentary birthday entree (up to $15), as well as other dining discounts. It’s free to join, so you might as well sign up now.

Thanks for posting about the MyBRIO program. I just enjoyed a free appetizer courtesy of it, and I’ll be enjoying my complimentary birthday entree next month as well! 😀
