The old New Year’s Resolution. Each year, we tell ourselves that “this will be the year”, and a few weeks later, we’re back to our old habits. 🙂
But this year will be different.. I got the Peak Fit System, and I’ve even convinced my husband to do it with me, as he could stand to lose a few pounds as well..
The Peak Fit System is supposed to be the perfect blend of cardio and strength training, sequenced to trick your body into performing at a higher level. Without realizing it, each stage will take you a little further, push you a little harder, and help you reach a higher level than you could with a traditional workout.
I’m excited to see what kind of progress I can make in the next eight weeks, and I’ll be sure to post updates along the way!
